After an impressive 40-year career in the roof and floor protective coatings industry, Paul is now transitioning into retirement while continuing to share his expertise in an advisory capacity. Over the decades, he has built a reputation as a highly respected specialist, known for his deep technical knowledge, practical problem-solving, and commitment to the long-term protection of industrial and commercial assets.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked across a wide variety of challenging projects, supporting clients in sectors ranging from large scale Industrial cleaning and Full roof and gutter refurbishment to Resin surface preparation and applications. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of protective coating systems – assessment, specification, application, and maintenance – ensuring surfaces are safeguarded against weathering, chemical exposure, and heavy industrial use.
Today, as he steps back from full-time work, Paul balances his continued advisory role with a more relaxed pace of life – including a well-earned tradition of taking his wife out for coffee and cake every weekend. In his new capacity, he remains dedicated to helping businesses and contractors identify the right protective solutions while supporting best practices and raising standards within the coatings sector.
